•  We will contact you shortly to set up a project evaluation
•  We will provide you with a written proposal within a week of the initial evaluation.
• If you decide to partner with Ace Builders on your project we will arrange a meeting to finalize all details of your project.  Upon signing an agreement and submitting an initial down payment of your building, you will be placed on our build schedule.
• Ace Builders will then handle all preparations for installing the building, including the permitting process, material handling, and scheduling of the installation personnel.

We request that  you have your  site prepared with a compacted  base that is level to within 2”.  This site will need to include a minimum of  8’ level buffer zone on all sides of the proposed structure. NOTE:  Upon request, Ace Builders will perform a site visit to provide  consultation of site preparation.

This varies according to scale of the project, the season and work schedule. Once we have a detailed plan in place, we can give you a more definitive timeline.
